3-Day Yoga & Meditation Retreat
The experience
You'll spend three unhurried days a short walk from the beach in North Goa, easing into two yoga and meditation sessions a day with Devika and her fellow teachers — gentle enough for a first-timer, deep enough for someone who's practiced for years. Evenings slow further still, closing with a guided sound-healing session or a walk along the shore as the sun goes down.
Why this matters
Not everyone can give a program weeks — this retreat is built for people who need an actual reset, not another itinerary, and it keeps the same small-batch teaching team who run WRIKSH's longer 200-hour training working through the quieter months too.
Cultural background
Short retreat formats like this one grew out of the same ashram tradition as the 200-hour teacher-training — a way for visiting students, and increasingly local practitioners, to step fully into daily practice without committing to a multi-week course.
