These terms govern your use of wriksh.com (“the site”), operated by WRIKSH. By browsing the site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

WRIKSH is a cultural experience-curation platform. We personally visit and verify the states, experiences, and practitioners listed on the site before they're published. WRIKSH connects you with independent practitioners, artisans, teachers, and guides — they are not employees, agents, or representatives of WRIKSH.

Submitting a “Request to book” form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. WRIKSH does not take payment through the site at this time. Every request is reviewed and confirmed directly with you, by email or phone, before anything is finalized with the practitioner. Pricing shown on the site is indicative and may be confirmed or adjusted at that stage.

We do our best to keep experience details, pricing, and availability accurate and up to date, but traditions, schedules, and practitioners' availability can change. We'll always confirm final details with you before your experience is locked in.

• Provide accurate information when you submit a form.
• Use the site lawfully, and not in a way that could harm WRIKSH, our practitioners, or other users.
• Respect the practitioners and traditions you engage with through WRIKSH.

The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to WRIKSH or the respective practitioners and contributors, unless stated otherwise. Please don't reproduce or republish it without our permission.

The site may link to third-party pages (for example, a practitioner's or partner's own page). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

WRIKSH curates and verifies the listings on this site, but experiences are delivered by independent practitioners. To the extent permitted by law, WRIKSH isn't liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from an experience itself — those details, including any safety or insurance arrangements, are confirmed directly with you and the practitioner before your experience takes place.

We may update these terms as WRIKSH grows — for example, when we introduce online payments. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
