WRIKSH (“WRIKSH”, “we”, “us”) operates wriksh.com, a platform for discovering and requesting culturally immersive experiences led by verified practitioners across India. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you choose to give us directly, through:

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Booking requests — your name, email, phone number, preferred date, group size, and any notes you add.
• Partner applications — your name, craft or practice, state and city, phone, email, portfolio link, and message.

We do not collect payment card details through the site — WRIKSH does not process online payments at this time. Bookings are requests only, confirmed directly with you by our team.

We also automatically receive standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through our hosting provider's server logs, used only to keep the site running reliably and securely.

• To respond to your enquiries and requests.
• To coordinate and confirm experience bookings with you and the relevant practitioner.
• To evaluate applications from practitioners and partners who want to be listed on WRIKSH.
• To improve the site and the experiences we curate.

Form submissions are forwarded to a private spreadsheet accessible only to the WRIKSH team — we don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you request a booking, we share the relevant details (your name, contact information, and request notes) with the practitioner or host you've chosen, so they can prepare for and confirm your experience. We don't publish practitioners' personal contact details publicly — every conversation is coordinated through WRIKSH.

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our admin dashboard uses a single functional cookie to keep editors signed in — it isn't used to track visitors.

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, coordinate a booking, or maintain our records of practitioners and partners — or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to connect@wriksh.com. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

WRIKSH is intended for adults planning travel and experiences. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as WRIKSH grows — for example, if we introduce online payments. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do.
