Athma Kalari — 14-Day Introductory Kalari Course
A two-week immersion in the foundations of Kalaripayattu at the Athma Kalari school in Thrissur — designed for beginners with no prior martial-arts background. Each day opens with traditional body-conditioning (oil massage + footwork) and closes with a session of basic forms and short-weapons work, taught by senior practitioners of the school. The course is structured around the twelve fundamental stances (vadivu) that underpin every Kalari form, and includes an introduction to the marma-point system — the same anatomical knowledge that connects Kalari to Kerala's massage and Ayurvedic traditions. The course is residential; on-site accommodation in a simple homestay is arranged on request.

Samaga Ayurveda — Residential Ayurvedic Practitioner Course, Udupi
A two-week residential course at Samaga Ayurveda in Udupi, designed as an introduction to the practice of classical Ayurveda rather than a treatment holiday. Mornings are hands-on — abhyanga (oil massage), swedana (steam), and preparation work for panchakarma therapies. Afternoons are theory: Sanskrit terminology, dosha theory, the dravyaguṇa (properties of substances), and an introduction to classical texts. The course includes field visits to medicinal-plant gardens and the local herb suppliers that the centre works with. Accommodation is on site and meals are sattvic vegetarian, prepared according to Ayurvedic dietary principles.

Shiva Yoga — 21-Day Residential Yoga TTC, Arambol (Goa)
A three-week residential teacher-training course at the Shiva Yoga shala in Arambol, on Goa's northern coast. The course follows a traditional Hatha–Ashtanga lineage, structured around the four padas of yoga practice (yama/niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara/dharana/dhyana) and includes the anatomy, philosophy and teaching-methodology components expected of a Yoga-Alliance-aligned 200-hour TTC. Mornings open with a long asana session; afternoons combine lectures and practicum; evenings are pranayama, meditation and self-practice. The shala has run residential TTCs in Arambol since the early 2000s and accepts a small group each intake, with shared accommodation on site.
