What you'll do

Kalaripayattu, from Kerala, is often called the oldest martial art in India — a complete system of animal-inspired stances, kicks, leaps and, later, weapons, built on flexibility, breath and balance.

Kalari Gurukulam runs regular classes at Infinity Gym in Parra. Ask about the beginner timetable and whether you can drop in for a trial — it's a powerful way to add a real practice to your time in Goa.
